Reaching Dr. Jones After Hours
If you ever feel there is an urgent medical problem that can’t wait until normal office hours, you are always welcome to call the doctors on their cell phones. These numbers are provided to new patients at sign-up.
If the cell phone is not answered at once, please leave a voice message and the doctor will return your call as quickly as possible. If you do not receive a return call from the doctor within a few minutes, call Erin or Tracey, and they will know how to reach one of the doctors.
If you think the patient has an infection, take the patient’s temperature before calling. Also be sure to look up your pharmacy’s phone number and have it ready when you call.
How To Reach Our Staff After Hours
At CFM we are committed to providing you a level of personalized medical service higher than you have ever received from any doctor’s office before. Not only are both of our doctors available to you for emergencies 24/7, but even our staff can be reached after hours. If you have an urgent medical problem that cannot wait until normal office hours, you may call Erin or Tracey on their cell phones 24/7. (These numbers are also provided to existing patients.)
What To Do If You Become Ill While Traveling
If you become ill while traveling, we recommend you call the doctors directly. Since they know their patients so well, they will be able to help you assess the seriousness of your problem and offer advice about what you should do, coaching you from afar. They will often be able to phone something to a pharmacy near you that will solve your problem or at least get you by until you are able to come to our office for evaluation.
