Reaching Dr. Jones And Staff After Hours

If you ever feel there is an urgent medical problem that can’t wait until normal office hours, you are always welcome to call Dr Jones on his cell. This number is provided to new patients at sign-up.

If the phone is not answered at once, leave a message and he will return your call promptly. If you do not receive a return call within a few minutes, call the after hours nurse line.

If you think the patient has an infection, take the patient’s temperature before calling. Also be sure to look up your pharmacy’s phone number and have it ready when you call.

What To Do If You Become Ill While Traveling

If you become ill while traveling, we recommend you call Dr Jones directly. Since he knows his patients so well, he will be able to help you assess the seriousness of your problem and offer advice about what you should do, coaching you from afar. He will often be able to phone something to a pharmacy near you that will solve your problem or at least get you by until you are able to come to our office for evaluation.
